No, the conclusion is not consistent with the evidence presented in this learning block. The
reading does not provide enough evidence to draw an accurate conclusion. Although, it does
indicate that there is a state fund which supports all Alaskans, and I am confident this was a
plus for the non-natives as well as the Alaskan Natives.
