Using exactly one hundred (100) words you will provide an elevator pitch/business case for one of the Projects you selected to review for Week 1. This pitch/case should cover the important elements of the project: who, what, where, when, and why?

Chapter 1: Introduction to Project Management.
This chapter presents a broad introduction to project management. After completing this chapter, each student should be able to perform the following:
Core Objectives
- Define a project and project management in your own words, using characteristics that are common to most projects, and describe reasons why more organizations are using project management.
- Describe major activities and deliverables at each project life cycle stage.
- List and define the ten knowledge areas and five process groups of the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK®).
- Delineate measures of project success and failure, and reasons for both.
- Contrast predictive or plan-driven and adaptive or change-driven project life cycle approaches.
REFLECTION AND DISCUSSION FORUM WEEK 1
Reflect on the assigned readings for the week. Identify what you thought was the most important concept(s), method(s), term(s), and/or any other thing that you felt was worthy of your understanding.
Also, provide a graduate-level response to each of the following questions:
- Using an example, describe a project in terms that are common to most projects.
- You are given a project to manage. How do you decide whether to use a predictive or adaptive approach?

Part 1: You will provide an essay answer to the following questions: What is a project? What are ongoing operations? How are they alike? How are they different?
This essay should be a minimum of 2 pages double-spaced, 12 point font, Times News Roman with 1 in. margins. The essay must be properly cited per APA format. The Kloppenborg textbook must be your primary source but other sources may be used to supplement the textbook (not replace it). If the source provides the same information that is in the textbook then it is not necessary to be utilized.
Part 2: You will research news sources to find examples of projects and ongoing operations. You will find two of each (4 total). This section will be single-spaced 12 point font, Times News Roman with 1 in. margins. Each of the four article reports must be 1/2 page in length and fully provide the information required. You will provide the required information on the article discovered. This information includes:
