This portfolio work project will help you simplify and summarize complex analytic topics and present them to non-analytic, executive audiences.
Scenario
The marketing department at a large financial services organization recently had its budget slashed and is asking for the analytics team’s help in maximizing the use of its budget by making sure the same prospective customers are not being contacted across multiple channels.
Your Role
You are the head of the marketing team at a large financial institution. The full marketing department was so pleased with the analytics team’s analysis and your presentation of it that they have asked you to present the results to the company’s executive steering committee to support your assertion that the department is working diligently to remain under budget, even though the budget has been reduced by over 20% this year compared to the prior year.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation to support the marketing department’s assertion that they are saving money and working diligently to remain under budget. In your presentation:
