Phase 2: Outline

1) Topic: zoom vs skype vs webex (virtual meeting technology)

2) Construct a very good outline (using the instructions on #3 below)

3)Develop a list of rating factors/criteria that you will use to evaluate, compare, at least three of the chosen technology. These factors should be technical and non-technical. Cite your sources by building a reference page, in APA format. Please make sure you think about the devices, PCs, mobile, Macs, etc.
