There were the unique few artists who stepped out of the traditional mode and broke from the pack. How did one of these artists do that within their era? Name works, characteristics of the style and movement and state the one or two works that proved their talents and vision.

Picasso and Braque studied Cezanne and competed with Matisse. Look at these 4 works and compare. In this comparison you are to detail what you see and how Cezanne and Matisse influenced their work. The invention of photography changed the world in many ways. It opened up the field of Portraiture and it allowed photo-journalists to illustrate the real world whether it was good news or bad. You are to cite one photographer and write on how he/she changed the dynamic of how viewers appreciated “their world within which they lived.” One paragraph minimum.
