The various art concepts apply in most every day life by the way we choose to live our daily life. For me the concept of unity and variety apply mostly to how i dress on a daily basis and my personality. i spend most of my days in a fire dept. uniform so i tend to keep things neat, even and pressed; making sure that the uniform looks symmetrical. I try for variety by keeping my personality upbeat and always joking around, so that people see past the exterior of the uniform. This daily routine is what gives me balance, basically keeps me sane and enjoying my job. I use emphasis daily by always reminding myself and others whats important. For me family is most important so i make my family the center of my daily planning and routines, which is sometimes challenging with work. i constantly tell my coworkers to try and find what makes them happy and apply the same emphasis. For me i feel that directional forces could be many things on a daily basis, goals, personal relationships, or even a hobby. My daily directional force is usually something i have set the previous day to accomplish. I use contrast to think of how others do things differently than me and i try to judge my decisions based on others outcomes. Repetition and rhythm for me is the easiest as most of my days start the exact same. Wake up, shower, coffee, drive the same route to work, spend the day working, workout before dinner, watch some tv then bed. For my career side of my daily routine the scale is where i stand in my department on a daily basis and the proportion is where i fit into the entire department. I also use these concepts on the full career picture i have for fulfilling my dreams before retirement.

Crew, it is our final round table. Our board throughout the course has been a bit unconventional–with the multiple options for discussions. I do hope that you enjoyed that format as much as I have enjoyed reading your posts! For our last board, there is only one question, but the number of approaches as to how the question could be answered is…well, I won’t say endless, but the mathematical possibilities puts it into the hundreds. So….here we go:
