At first, the problem is explained to the group in detail by the facilitator and later the member can express their idea and opinions, it is believed ideas generated by free thinking will broaden the solution to the problem. After everyone shares their ideas related to the problem, the group will select evaluate all the opinions and choose the best possible outcome together.

Nominal Group Technique

Nominal group technique is a better version of brainstorming in brainstorming techniques. Unlike group opinion in brainstorming, in nominal group technique, a problem is explained in detailed, after each member of group pens down their opinions, ideas, and suggestion on paper. One the group is ready everyone presents their idea and opinions to the group, later the group will rank, evaluate each person ideas than make a collective decision on the problem. This promotes individual creativity and collective group decision. This environment helps members to be heard not only the loudest, but all people ideas are shared in This technique is useful when the groups are large and not only the when loudest voice is heard.
