Poem 2: The Following Story
Construct a narrative or in some way tell a story in a poem. Your poem should contain between 10 and 30 lines and should respond to the concepts on lineation discussed in Chapters 3 and 4 of Writing Poems. Try to be economical with your language—that is, try to cut unnecessary words and repetition from Poem 2. Also, try to keep all clichés out of Poem 2.
Additionally, Poem 2 may not rhyme.
