For this discussion, you will discuss the rights and responsibilities of both employees and employers under OSHA. Depending on the first letter of last name, you will examine the rights and responsibilities of the employee or employer. If your last name begins with A-K, you will examine the rights and responsibilities of an employee and if your last name begins with L-Z, you will examine the rights and responsibilities of an employer.
