Complete the Jones & Bartlett Navigate 2 simulation scenario “Healthcare Delivery: Patient Satisfaction (Episode 3).”

Carefully review the simulation’s introductory information and instructions.
After completing the simulation, capture a screen image of your quiz score and paste it into your assignment as an appendix. You must score 80% or higher on the quiz component to show understanding of the concepts and activities.
Additionally, you must complete the final assessment, which asks you to make improvement recommendations to the CEO.
