Throughout this semester, we have examined various theories of religion, many of which are antagonistic to each other, without settling on which theory is best. This assignment, however, asks you to identify one text that we’ve read and discussed this semester—ranging from Russell McCutcheon (Week 2) to Elizabeth Hurd (Week 12)—and explain why you think it offers the best or most meaningful interpretation of religion.

Your answer, which is worth up to 5 points of extra credit, should be about 500 words in length.
