When I was looking what else technique in marketing analytics, I came accross to a chinese website that talk a bit about the churn analysis:
Predict which customers will be lost in advance, and use predictive models such as Survival Analysis to understand which marketing behaviors will help prevent the churn of customer .
So maybe in one or two slides you can talk about the way to prevent churn too. whatever you do, just giving idea
