As you engage in developing your intercultural skills in preparation for a global workforce
As you engage in developing your intercultural skills in preparation for a global workforce, think about how you typically would have responded to conflict in the workplace. Has anything shifted for you in learning more about intercultural conflict? How might you highlight your ability to respond to tension in a group of diverse workers if you are asked about it in a job interview?
