The fourth and final paper assignment will be a five page proposal essay in MLA or APA format, with proper citation of sources. Examples of MLA and APA format and citation can be found in chapter 20 and 21 of your Good Reasons textbook; you will also find an example of a proper MLA and APA style paper at the end of each respective chapter. You can use these as models when writing your own proposal papers. You need to make a formal argument; your paper can be informative but it must also be a proposal. Any argument strategy covered in the text may be used. Remember, however all outside sources need to be properly cited, both in text and on the Works Cited or References  make sure your essay is, as always, five pages, double spaced with a twelve point font and one inch margins
