a manager should have an agile approach (see textbook & course readings) to SHRM in their
organisation (10 marks).
b) If recruiting and retaining talented employees is a key goal of SHRM, discuss how the
leadership and culture at WETA digital may be negatively impacting their strategic HR
objectives. And, from a human resources perspective, provide at least two logical and
practical suggestions to improve human resources management at WETA Digital (15 marks).
3. Diversity
a) Explain what is meant by Diversity and discuss why a manager should value diversity within
their organisation or industry (10 marks).
b) Using the inclusive model of diversity (see textbook & course readings), discuss two
problematic issues that have arisen at WETA digital and provide at least two logical and
practical recommendations for resolving the diversity problems at WETA Digital (15 marks).
4. Stress & Resilience
a. Explain what is meant by stress at work, and discuss the likely causes (use one
model/theory), and consequences (use one model/theory) of stress at WETA Digital.

b. Provide at least two logical and practical suggestions that are supported by literature
