Conduct a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis of your organization. Determine two variables for each of the four categories. Based on your interpretation of the influencing variables, analyze the health of the current state of the organization. Then, extrapolate the influence of conflict, power, negotiations, and politics in play to provide recommendations to move the organization towards a more positive future state.
Select the most influencing variable in each category, and then formulate a plan to ensure changes to sustain the status quo or implement desirable change. Discuss how you will implement these initiatives and what changes in the organization may be required to overcome any dissension or resistance that is likely to be met.
Support your SWOT analysis with a minimum of five resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
