Once you have completed your research, you will create an External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix with five opportunities and five threats, and a Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) with twelve critical success factors that include the company and two of its closest competitors. Part 2 – Written analysis. Prior to writing this paper, you have to become familiar with either Texas Roadhouse (TXRH on NASDAQ) or Hilton Hotels (HLT on NYSE) by researching the company on-line and by reading its annual report materials, as well as those of its two most prominent competitors
