Choose a company of which you have worked/are currently working for. Produce a report that covers the most important key steps that your company could take INTERNALLY to mitigate the above noted issues of uncertainty, volatility, relentless pressure and competition. You are required to also discuss briefly how the Omani Government could assist your chosen company or allow it to be influenced by market forces.

GUIDANCE:-

This task is designed to allow you to explore, using the theoretical concepts, tools and methods discussed in the teaching sessions, how your chosen company could behave or adapt for the future. The frameworks and concepts that you choose to use need to be fully applied to the chosen company. There is an expectation of a focused, rigorous, evidenced and professional submission which must be appropriately Harvard referenced, drawing on current academic and professional evidence (there should be references from within the last 10 years preferably). Your work should develop your description into analysis and critically asses the INTERNAL aspects, and also focus on the key issues. You should attempt to use between 3-5 models (use appendices as necessary) and develop your report as appropriate.

***Imagine that you have to show this report to your senior boss at your company – that is your benchmark!!***

Your executive summary should be no more than one paragraph at the beginning, but it should highlight your discussion. Also any applied tools etc should be appropriately marked/annotated in the appendix.
