Remember your goal and the steps taken should be specific, challenging yet “doable”, something you are willing to commit to changing. Write-up the above information within 1 page and submit.
Being late for church every week is the behavior that I want to change.
Part 2: After a week of trying to change your behavior, you will submit a 2 page write-up and analysis of your success or lack thereof. Here are some questions to get you started: Did you accomplish your goal? Why or why not? What helped you succeed (if you did)? What hindered you (if you didn’t succeed)? What could you have done differently to enhance your success? What would you keep the same if you were to try again? You can add more analysis as needed.
