Clearly formulate the needs and strengths of Tammy and her situation. This requires a biopsychosocial risk and resilience assessment. (No more than 1/2 page) Identify Tammy’s values and preferences based on the reading. (No more than 1/2 page) Based on #1 and #2, use the Cochrane Library to locate an evidence-based intervention for depression for Tammy. Your intervention should be consistent with the social work values as identified by NASW. Decide on a best approach based on the client’s diagnostic presentation, apply it, and then discuss the strengths and limitations of that approach in terms of both the client and the evidence.
