Instructions:  Write to the following two topics.

  1.  Define each of the three topics of audience-centeredness, empathy, and confirmation bias.  Then discuss their point of intersection.  Explain how each is important to the design thinking problem-solving approach.
  2. Name and describe at least seven core differences between business writing and academic writing.

Continue to work on crafting smaller rather than larger paragraphs, sentencing well, and using concise wording.

In this DB, present your information in an attractive way.  Perhaps you want to use headings, or sub-headings, or color or italics (Use italics with restraint as they are harder to read.).  You might elect to use bolding or underlining or white space to help with readability.  You might elect to use bullet points or a numbered list to convey some of your information.  Think about your audience…in what manner might they like the information presented to them.
