1. Read the case study
2. Go back and reread the case study noting these things:
-Identify any problems with decision making
-Analyze the choices and the way decisions were made (USE your readings and lecture materials to deconstruct what went on at FedEx)
-Propose ways that the decision process might have been improved. Think of measurable behavior changes not vague generalizations. Look at different points of view of the different roles in the organization.
3. Write your summary in 2-3 pages (double spaced) with a brief introduction of the case. Then address each of these questions in depth with citations from our materials. Describe your observations in enough detail that a person who has not read the case study learns what happened. A reference page is necessary using APA format. The analysis of the problem with decision making is the most important section.
