2) Many governments worldwide (including the Canadian Federal Govt and the Ontario Provincial Govt) have implemented a “Vaccine Passport” policy for many sectors and specific industries in the economy. From an economic perspective, what is your opinion on this policy? Explain and substantiate your answer. Ensure you apply/incorporate economic topics learned in this course.
