This person shares with you that they are working with the Disability Resources Center and have obtained a Letter of Accommodation to receive extended test time. Your friend is hesitant to share this information with the professor because of fear of stigma or that that professor may not believe that the accommodation is necessary. (a) What are two facts about accommodations in higher ed that you could share with your friend to help them as they consider whether or not to talk to the professor?
