Evaluating Project Team Management Software

Coordinating and managing project teams has always been a complicated process. This process is made more difficult with the growth of remote project teams. Over the past several years, a wide variety of project management applications that have a focus on team communication and management have been released. Many of these applications are web-based.

In this week’s assignment, we will be evaluating a number of these different applications, to better understand the features that are available, and how different applications compared to each other.
