Associated Tables Week 8 Week 8Data Analysisshoul

Question-Submit the findings and results of your research and investigations in the form of tables, data analysis, charts, and other appropriate tools as needed. Please include an explanation of each format and summarize each of the key finding’s observable from the data.

This should be a paper with a title page and references page. Graphs/charts/tables should all be different. Please do not make them all the same. Please use week 6 PowerPoint and week 7 paper (you may use parts of week 7 paper) for explanation and to summarize the key finding’s observable data. Also, please make sure that you refer to the supporting material for this week and include in-text citations. I will also include week 6 and 7 supporting material. Please refer to the grading rubric.

I will upload all supporting material after a tutor is chosen.

#4 Graph/chart/table—Pass Rates per program

Respiratory Care (RC)

Achieving the high cut score means that, in addition to earning the CRT, a graduate is eligible to take the Clinical Simulation Exam (CSE). Graduates who pass the CSE earn the RRT credential. And in California in order for respiratory care graduate to get licensure they must obtain their RRT credential and pass both exams. This is why we are changing the curriculum. (Please refer to week 7 paper regarding the RC curriculum changes when explaining this.)

Vocational Nursing (VN)

Multiple students have not sat for the NCLEX-PN exam. As we typically have 15 students make it through each cohort. We typically have one cohort finish a year. NCLEXPN (National Council Licensure Examination-Practical Nurse). All US state and territorial boards of nursing require a passing result on the exam for licensure as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN).

National average: The number of nursing students successfully passing this National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) dropped significantly since 2012 – from more than 90% to just over 85% for the NCLEX pass rate in 2016.

Again, please refer to week 7 paper on the 6-week NCLEX refresher course.

Medical Assistant (MA)

Licensure is not a requirement for an MA but Brightwood College highly recommends it as it makes a student/graduate more marketable. A lot of the top paying sites and locations for medical assistants require a certification or registration.MA graduates sit for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Exam through AMT. Please refer to week 7 paper on an explanation on RMA bootcamp. We now require our students to attend RMA Bootcamp which is offered the first Saturday of every month from 9AM-1PM. The first three hours are intense review and the last hour the students take a 100-question exam. Brightwood College will pay for their exam if they pass the RMA Bootcamp exam with a 70% or better. If a student does not pass this exam, then they can pay for the exam themselves or come back and retake the bootcamp each month until they pass the exam. We have multiple different version of the exam we administer. I created the curriculum for the RMA Bootcamp and it has raised our pass rates to 91% since I implemented the bootcamp. National average is 81%.

We are planning on implementing an RDA prep course in 2019 but we are currently waiting for the California Dental Board to change the curriculum. Please research what is going on with the California Dental Board regarding the Registered Dental Assistant exam and add those facts please. I couldn’t find any information on the National Average pass rates.
