COLLAPSE

Hats off to all my classmates who completed classes during this hard time with the coronavirus pandemic outbreak. Please take care of yourself and everyone around you.

I enjoyed this class a whole lot because I am a realtor and must of the concept apply towards real-estate laws. Week 7 was my favorite. As a realtor my main objective is to always write a valid contract that meet all of the requirements in order to get pay. A bit of review on the 5 elements of a valid contract.

  1. Offer
  2. Acceptance
  3. Consideration
  4. Mutuality of obligation
  5. Competency (Capacity)

One thing that I would change is that I do not like to write essay. I would make the discussion longer and add a quiz after each discussion. I would completely remove assignment such as essays.

I wish you all the best in your future endeavors!!!
