I want to create a document for my advanced technical writing class that explains what it takes to be not only a manager, but a leader. This document will help those small to mid-size business owners by explaining the roles of a manager and what they should be doing in the company. It is important for the owner to understand the expectations of a managers roles and to make sure that the one being hired can meet these expectations. On top of that, it is important that the one being hired has the traits of a leader and is not just meeting the job requirements and going home. A manager plays a huge role in the success of the company by promoting hard work and a comfortable work environment that the employees will excel in. I have attached the requirements and details.
