Does justice exist? Is justice ever obtained by the very system that seeks to find it?

America, over its history, has been held-up on a pedestal for its criminal justice system. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights introduced the world to many liberties that were previously unheard of. It could be the right to a swift trial by jury, protection from cruel and unusual punishment, or even whats known as ones Miranda Rights; regardless, there are many features of the system put into place to protect the innocent and preserve justice. But does justice exist? Is justice ever obtained by the very system that seeks to find it? (This is the following prompt question that needs to be answered)
