1. Explain how paternalism relates to the debate between Dax Cowart and Attorney Robert Burt. Include in your response the distinction and relevancy of weak paternalism versus strong paternalism.
2. How would you describe areas of disagreement between Mr. Cowart and Mr. Burt?
3. What is the moral significance of consent? Dax Cowart states that today he is glad to be alive. Does this suggest any of the consent modes explained in (M #2) Course Outline 1?
