There are three parts to this assignment that have due dates throughout the semester.
Each current eventarticle assignment corresponds to specific chapters.
The chapters are grouped in the same way as they arefor the exams.
The article you choose for each current event article summary assignment should be fromthe past year and based on a topic found in one of the corresponding chapters as follows: Current Event Article #1 – Chapters 1, 2, 3, 9/Appendix B
Article Summary Requirements:
The article you use should be readily available and not require a subscription to access.
The article must tie-in to a topic found in one of the textbook chapters per the list above.
The summary should include how that article relates to the topic found in the textbook.
The article should be current and should be written/published roughly within a calendar year ofthe assignment posting.
Post a link to your article in the comment box when submitting your summary.
300-word count minimum in the body of the summary using APA 6th or 7th edition style. Thecitations, header text, and reference list do not count toward the word count.
Submit a reference list with your summary in APA 6th or 7th edition style. The list should be on aseparate page that includes the article you chose and any other references you used.
Late submissions are not allowed so please make sure you get them in before the deadlines.
Formatting Requirements:
Times New Roman 12 pt. font
Double-spaced
1-inch margins
Header including: Name, Semester, Course, and Date Reference list should be on a separate page.
