Purpose Strategy for a Business

You have been asked to create a Purpose Strategy for a Business. There are two components to this assessment.
Before a business should develop a business plan, business managers and leaders should learn to create an essential statement of purpose. Based on a purpose statement, managers and leaders can develop a successful purpose-driven business strategy to drive organisational and cultural change, and that ultimately leads to improved performance measured by social, environmental and economic indicators. This assessment allows you to create a purpose strategy for the same organisation you used in Assessment 2.
PART 1: 500 word written document due 10am Fri 4 Feb (week 11). This document will contain the following:
1. Purpose Statement
2. Map of values that are shared by the business’ key stakeholders (employees, customers)
3. Updated value chain SDG mapping (using feedback from Assessment 2)
4. Identification of one social enterprise and one First Peoples business with whom the organisation can partner/engage. It may be that the First Peoples business is a Social Enterprise; if so, you only need one organisation.
