Public Policy

Considering that the topic of interest is leadership in the school curriculum. The goal is to promote active participation of the students in the classroom to prepare themselves for the positions of future leadership.  Goals operate through the influence, cooperation, and loyalty of the stakeholders in the institutions ( Stone 34). The plan aims to add value to the young generation by exposing them to leadership skills.  Several practices would be essential in promoting the program

In the final section of Policy Paradox, Stone discusses five specific types of solutions. Pick at least one and do the following:

1. How would you characterize the solution offered by the policy you plan on studying (the one above) for your analysis paper?  What does that solution look like?

2. Based on Stone’s discussion, what different interpretations do you expect to find with this solution?

3. Find a peer-reviewed book or journal article about your topic. How do the authors identify the policy’s solution? (They may not be explicit about this; sometimes you have to do some work to interpret the goal.) Provide evidence for your interpretation.

4. Based on Stone’s discussion, how might you challenge the solution(s) identified in Question 3?
