Annotated Bibliography

Choose a motif (recurring idea) from Parable of the Sower that interests you (such as religion, climate change, etc.).
Find at least FIVE (5) scholarly literary sources related to your research topic AND the novel or writer. (For example, your source should discuss climate change IN Parable of the Sower or the novels of Octavia Butler. Use the literary and humanities databases, like JSTOR, to help you find relevant sources.) You must include at least one book (print or electronic) and one peer-reviewed scholarly article.
For EACH source, explain why you think it will help you better understand your research topic. Each explanation should be at least two (2) sentences long.
Compile ALL of your sources in one comprehensive annotated bibliography. An annotated bibliography is simply a bibliography that has annotations (short descriptions) for each source. The difference between a bibliography and a Works Cited page is that a bibliography is a comprehensive list of all sources that you read as part of your research process. A Works Cited page only includes the sources that you cite in your essay. The formatting for the two is identical.
Submit a PDF rough draft of your annotated bibliography with at least two (2) entries to the Essay #3: Annotated Bibliography Rough Draft assignment by 11:59pm on Wednesday, February 9.
