3- Gratitude Journal #3: Ten Things About Me that I am Grateful For. This is another numbered list but you can either type a few words to tell what you like about yourself or you can provide a brief explanation beside any of them – only if you choose to do so. An example is perhaps you say you are dependable – and you go on to tell how your friends count on you. You decide but think about the good qualities you possess that make you proud to be you.
