This week, your team needs to get together and start making some business decisions for your company. As a reminder, I also put your teams into place within Capsim. I have decided to give you two practice rounds to familiarize yourself again with Capsim. Please see the schedule posted with the Team Assignment under the Course Information link.
Who will submit the final round version to be graded? The project leader
These are the roles that are available CEO, Marking, Sales, Production and Finance. Who wants what role? If we do not want roles then who is going to start each round off then for the others to chime in or go in to change the information? We actually have 5 parts to make the decisions (R&D, Marketing, Production, Human Resources and Finance). The project leader should be responsible for one of the role and submit the final decision for the whole team. Also, he/she should take a look the statistic after combining everyone’s work and before submitting; to make sure we follow our goals and strategy.
What day of the week do we want to be done for each round? This matters as everyone will need to coordinate and complete their piece I would say everyone should submit their work on Friday at 10 p.m. So we will have Saturday and Sunday to discuss more if we need to change anything.
