Provides general support to the RN, Medical Provider and PA The LPN performs progressively complex age-specific nursing care for Military Soldiers for outpatients, which require increased judgment and independent action, according to assignment and training.

Responsible for assisting in the coordination of patient care delivery to ensure quality care according to established standards of care/practice, policy and procedures,

assist MD with frequently performed procedures.

Data collection for respective Flight Physicals

Documentation of information into AERO, MWDE, MHS Database

Administers oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications

Properly set-up treatment room for procedures

Promptly set-up follow-up appointments

Coordinate patient care by assisting with referrals and appointment setting

Upload documents In to HAIMS for patient medical records

Document immunizations into AHLTA and Medpros

Assist with Triage Line

Assist with patient check-in

Provide information for Flight, Retirement, Chapter and School briefings

Vaccine administration/medication administration to include regular vaccinations and Depo injections

Perform EKG, Strep and Flu Test and urinalysis for Pregnancy

Provide and inform consent for procedure
