1-Consume a “control” breakfast. This might be fasted, a normal breakfast that you intend to change or supplement, hydration only, energy drink or other ergonomic aid such as coffee only.
2-Bring the packaging or specs for any ergonomic aid or “special” water that you ingested, if you chose to consume something.
3-Choose 2 different exercises that you normally do. These can be endurance or resistance oriented, just pick something that you will do at the same time each week. Keep track of sets, reps, weight, distance, time whatever you want to look at.
4-Log your results for the day and report them on this assignment.
