- TOPIC CHOICE
- My preferred organization of choice is Uber. The reason for choosing Uber is because it is a new organization that was established but is fast growing to meet the needs of the people, especially in the riding and delivery of the foods (Zhao & Su, 2019). Offering services to the people is regarded as one of the best and most competitive approaches and measures in the success of the protocols and ensuring safe and secure transport. Uber is well-organized and has assisted clientele in their needs by bridging vital gaps that are crucial and useful for the success in the businesses and establishments identified. The following is a SWOT analysis of Uber Company.StrengthsThe company has a large number of customers and therefore approaches the market with courage, and success is assured (Zhao & Su, 2019). Additionally, it has the latest technology that helps it to survive in the transport industry. Sophisticated drivers and modern transport methodologies make it stand distinctively and effectively hence making it good for business.WeaknessesThe company faces challenges in management, especially in the newly established countries. A weakness in market entry and analytics is also observed hence making it less competitive. Capital expenditure and other fundamental concepts required in business are also a challenge that makes Uber less effective (Zhao & Su, 2019).ThreatsThe first threat is from well-established companies that compete with Uber by offering service deliveries and rides hence creating a dilution in the marker contrary to the required experience (Zhao & Su, 2019). Government regulations and harsh market conditions in the targeted countries are among the challenges and threats experienced.OpportunitiesThe global market is ready for a revolution in the transport sector, and Uber has a chance of getting more customers (Zhao & Su, 2019). Best services are also possible to work through for the company. Creditors and other sources of funds are also possible opportunities to enhance the market scope as necessary.Zhao, X. Su, Q.
